Oil/Petrol Series PDC cutter

Diamond’s Oil series PDC cutter is specially designed for oil Drilling. This series is developed in the non-planar interface between diamond layer and tungsten carbide, which effectively reduces residual stress and increases impact resistance and thermal stability greatly. We have PDC especially for steel body drill, and that kind PDC makes drill head high density tough, intense, stronger attack, bigger ejection area. So the drill head is suit for complicated hard soil layer and faster drilling, effective to decrease mud formation, too. This series PDC is becoming the main PDC cutter in the oil and petrol drilling field.
